A useful data estimate starts with expected activities and the length of the trip. Navigation and messaging differ from video, cloud backups, or laptop use. Downloaded material and time on Wi-Fi can also change the amount needed from a travel plan.
Using the scenarios
The site's allowances are comparison requirements, not personalised forecasts. A qualifying purchase must cover both the stated data target and the travel period. The result cannot establish that the target will suit a particular traveller or that an extra purchase will be available if usage exceeds it.
An unlimited plan carries a fair-use ceiling where the provider publishes one. A trip total does not describe how concentrated use on a single day interacts with that ceiling. An unverified threshold leaves that question unresolved. Compared prices follow the seven-day freshness rule, and figures are machine-extracted and not individually reviewed. The methodology explains the calculation, which reports qualifying purchase costs without recommending an allowance or a plan.
